When will my mask(s) ship?

At the time of purchase on the product page it should state our current estimated ship date. This means your mask will ship on or before this date. This does not include shipping time. We are updating this ship date as orders come in.

How many filters come with each mask?

2 filters come with each mask and you can purchase extras here. Each filter can be used for up to 14 days each. Filters can't be washed, only the masks.

Which direction should I wear the filters?

Please wear the letters facing outwards. 

What size are the masks?

It is a little tricky to give an exact measurement for the masks, as they are a fitted design with a section for the chin area and some without. They also have adjustable ear straps and nose bridge.

Chin tuck (no full chin area): 25cm  (Across) x 16cm top to bottom

Full Chin Masks: 18.5 cm across (widest point) / 24cm top to bottom

Children's masks: 7 inches across /4.75 inches tall

Can I order more filters?

Yes, we offer bulk packages of filters here.

How do I wash my mask?

All masks can be machine washed (cold water only) and laid out to dry. Please REMOVE the filter before washing.

Can I wash the filters?

No

How long will shipping take? 

Our free method of shipping is regular Canada Post. Depending on where you are located in Canada this time will vary especially due to COVID. Regular post in Canada from BC (where we are located) varies from 3 days and up to three weeks. 

I am in a rush, how can I get my mask sooner?

We understand everyone is in a rush to get their masks. Please know we are doing our best to get them shipped out as fast as possible in the order they are placed. Please select expedited shipping at checkout for a faster shipping method. 

I paid for express shipping, when will it arrive?

Please note that express shipping will speed up your shipping time, but not the time in which the order is dispensed. All orders will be shipped on in the order they come in. You can select the time period that suits you best at checkout.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk mail.

What material are the masks made of?

100% cotton, elastic, activated carbon filter.

 Can I swap out for other patterns?

At this time we are unable to accommodate custom orders. The demand for the masks is high and we are putting priority on getting masks to each of you as fast as possible.

What age do the children's masks fits?

The children's mask fit age 3-10. 

Do you offer replacement filters for the children's mask? 

Not at this time, but we hope to soon. Amazon often carries these.

Do the masks have a metal insert to insure they fit securely?

All masks except one children's design have this. Please read the description of each mask carefully before selecting. If they do have a metal insert you can secure the mask around your nose bridge. Some people do not like the metal nose bridge.

Any suggestions for fogging glasses when wear the mask? 

I suggest trying to ensure the metal nose bridge is fit snugly around the nose, trying to keep the warm air from flowing up. You can also order anti fog clothes from amazon.

Can I return or exchange my mask?

Unfortunately due to sanitization reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on masks. Only masks that arrive damaged will be refunded upon return.

Can I cancel my order?

We are more than happy to give you a full refund at any point before your order has shipped.

My mask was damaged in shipment, please help!
